Fishing
Ntsinini offers some of the most rewarding river fly fishing in Mpumalanga during the winter months. You get long stretches of mountain water running through calm riverine forest valleys, with a mix of weir pools, steady runs, and gentle eddies. These hold healthy rainbow trout and the occasional brown, while certain sections produce bushveld smallscale yellowfish for anglers who want a tougher fight. Barbless flies and catch and release are encouraged to protect younger trout and all yellowfish.
The beats along the riverbanks are maintained for simple access, letting you move between productive spots with ease.
